Touch Screen Display - Got inky fingers, don`t worry. The sealed control touch screen is easily wiped clean. Quick & easy control over every aspect of the machine from fill levels to vacuum lengths and pressures. All displayed on a clear low power display.
Variable Vacuum Chamber - With 8 ink lines leading into this controllable vacuum chamber you can refill 2 colour or 8 black ink cartridges under a single cycle of the machine. You can decide low much ink flows to each individual line and how quickly and under how much vacuum. Some cartridges like a slower fill rate, some need more vacuum pressure to remove all the air bubbles from the cartridges. You have control.
External Fill Clean & Priming Lines - 4 external lines are provided which can be used for any purpose. You may like 1 line feeding a cleaning solution, another with HP black ink for the bag style cartridges like HP15/45 and others that don`t require a vacuum, a 3rd line set to reserve with a suction cup attached for priming a stubborn newly filled cartridge. An why not have a universal ink on line 4 for all those fax machine and odd cartridges that need a dye based ink.
The cupboard below is big enough to hold 50ltr drums of ink, with a handy draw for spare needles and pipes etc.
Designed to keep your business running. Each and every line uses it`s own pump. So in the unlikely event of a failure you can move a pump from a unused or less important line in order to keep your production flowing. We have several high volume producers that refill 1000+ cartridges a day on our machines.
